Significant presentational gold football pendant as given to Hornung in recognition of his outstanding 1961 season with the World Champion Green Bay Packers that may well have been the best of his career. Inlaid blue enamelwork titling on both front and back of the ball noting Hornung's name, award, and team/dating. Very fine overall condition with light surface wear.
