Varied and substantive archive of items dating to Hornung's collegiate football career with Notre Dame through the early 1960s with the Green Bay Packers and his military enlistment. Includes: (4) vintage black and white images including one signed by Hornung and one signed to Hornung by Maj. General John Ruggles; Hornung autographed 1963 US Army honorable discharge (Three pieces); (14) telegrams most related to Heisman and/or All-American selections; and approx. (50) documents/letters most in relation to Hornung's career at Notre Dame with (5) Frank Leahy signed letters, Johnny Lujack signed letter, Baby Ray Buford signed letter, and 1963 Pete Rozelle signed letter.
