Description: 1976 Steve Carlton Philadelphia Phillies professional model home jersey. Pinstriped white home zipper front (missing zipper pull) knit jersey retaining its original "P" team insignia and "32" on front in red tackle twill. Back displays "Carlton" nameplate above number "32". Chain stitched "Carlton" strip tag affixed inside the collar with NL Centennial and Phillies 76 patches found on right and left sleeves, respectively. Wilson manufacturer's label with size 46 indicator attached to tail front with strip tag chain stitched "46 76 Set 1". The nameplate on the back has been professionally restored and both sleeve patches were restored as well. Overall use/wash wear is excellent with some minor soiling and a few small areas of staining. Carlton ranks as one of the greatest left handed pitchers in the history of the game with the 1976 season ending in a 20-7 record for the Hall of Fame hurler.
