Includes red undershirt with "25 10 World Champion Anniversaries" patch on the sleeve (as worn in 2000) by Russell Athletic (size XL). "Bench #5" is written in the collar (in Bench's hand) and one of the collar tags has "5" written as well (in unknown hand); pinstriped pants by Russell Athletic have "5 Bench 36-28-99" printed strip tag denoting player number/name, size, inseam, and year.
