President Chub Feeney, and Reds executive Richard Wagner. Ink signatures rate 8 to 8/9 out of 10. Typical fold lines and a hint of light wear with some mild (most notably above the signed area). Included copy of a letter on Reds team stationary notes that "for your files is copy of your second contract for the 1977 season."
