Description: Interesting and unique series of (9) 1927 Babe Ruth photographs. Very rare set of candid 2 1/2"x4 1/2" sepia tone snap shot images picturing Ruth mostly in New York Yankees uniform and in a few instances wearing street clothes. Ruth is captured in several comedic scenes including laying in bed, making face to the camera, posed with a group of men and women (same individuals in various images), and standing with car. Almost all images are stamped "Bunnel Photography, San Francisco" on the back with January 13, 1927 date. One photo has damage to one corner otherwise group is fairly clean: Range GD-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($1,250-$1,500)
