Description: Outstanding December 13, 1998 Dan Marino game used Miami Dolphins jersey - Monday Night Game vs. Jets. Teal mesh jersey has number "13" on front, back, and shoulders and a "Marino" nameplate across the back. A "98-54" printed strip tag in the collar denotes year and size. Starter/ProLine tag on front tail has adjacent size "54" and "L" flag tags. Custom velcro is applied to both the front and back tails. Exceptional use is evident throughout with stains on the front, back and shoulder numbers. The original index card with which it was stored (included) notes that it was used in the Dolphins vs. Jets game played in Miami in which Marino threw for (321) yards (his 58th career 300 yard game). One of the most revered quarterbacks of All-Time, Marino spent (16) seasons with the Dolphins and by the time of his retirement he held or had held nearly every position related record for which statistics are kept. First hand sourced game material from so notable a player is very seldom offered and with regard to provenance and use, the offered is among the finest jerseys of the period which we have been privileged to handle.
