Description: Important 1995 Jerry Rice Super Bowl XXIX game worn professional model helmet (49ers team letter)(Photo match). Riddell professional model helmet featuring the classic 49'ers team insignia decals on both side panels having been worn by Hall of Fame member Jerry Rice during the 1994 season and Super Bowl XXIX. Helmet shows heavy use including impact markings, scuffing, and interior perspiration toning. Proper warning and re-conditioning decals remain affixed to the interior along with padding. "80" uniform number found of red Dymo label affixed to left ear flap and the helmet is missing its original chin strap. The helmet was worn by Rice during the 49ers NFC championship season of 1994 and subsequently in their Super Bowl XXIX victory over the San Diego Chargers as evidenced by several images showing Rice wearing the offered helmet. Exceptional game equipment piece from the greatest receiver in NFL history.
