Description: 1960 Billy Gardner Washington Senators professional model road jersey (MEARS A7)(Final season in Washington). Grey flannel jersey displays its original "Senators" blue on red tackle twill team name across the front with #9 on the verso. Desirable Senators mascot patch is found on the left sleeve. "Gardner 9 60" chain stitched on strip tag inside the collar with Spalding tag affixed to tail front alongside "Gardner 9 90" chain stitching. Jersey shows evident use including some minor staining spots at lower tail area and three very small holes to the body.
