Description: Fine Willie Mays professional model baseball bat c.1964 (PSA/DNA GU 8.5). Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35" long and weighs 33.7oz. The ash bat retains a very fine original patina with excellent use including ball marks, stitching impressions, rack marks, pine tar residue, grain swelling, and "H" crack (repaired) on the handle. Model S2 stamped on knob end along with faint blue marker that possibly resembles "24" which has been smudged but not defintively. High grade example of a desirable Mays Louisville Slugger game bat with excellent usage characteristics. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA (GU 8.5): EXEstimated Price Range: ($7,500-$12,500)
