Description: Gene Freese Cincinnati Reds professional model road uniform c.1962-63 (MEARS A10). Grey flannel vest style jersey with red on blue tackle twill "Cincinnati" lettering across the front with "12" on both front and back. Proper MacGregor manufacturer's tagging affixed to the interior collar with rare black armbands found on both shoulder areas. Signed by Freese in blue ink (faded) across the front. Evident use visible throughout retaining excellent visual appearance in all original condition. Includes matching grey flannel pants with proper MacGregor tagging on interior including "12 24 24" chain stitched strip tag. Evident use including few tiny holes and some staining. One of the more attractive Reds game uniforms we have encountered with notably scarce two year style. Includes LOA from MEARS Authentication (A10); EXEstimated Price Range: ($4,000-$6,000)
