"Uniform Player's contract" as executed between Clemente and the Pirates retaining his services for the 1955 season has been signed "Roberto Clemente Walker" and dated in his hand February 3, 1955. Also signed by N.L. President Warren Giles and Branch Rickey Jr. on behalf of the team. All are done in fountain pen rating 9/10 out of 10. Document itself has light toning and a hint of wear including a pair of light horizontal folds. An immensely significant piece which laid the groundwork for one of the most celebrated careers in baseball history. Includes full LOA from JSA: Sigs.
