Description: Vintage home plate with Crosley Field attribution (Ex-Charlie Sheen Collection). Wonderful period home plate showing extensive use having been removed from Cincinnati's Crosley Field. Top of the plate shows multi-layers of period white paint with original black rubber perimeter. Bottom retains five sizable cast iron spikes each showing age wear. Heavy flaking to the top surface and expected additional usage wear throughout. The plate was purchased by a Cincinnati area collector many years ago directly from a stadium employee. It then was acquired by legendary collector Charlie Sheen. Very fine period stadium relic from one of the great baseball franchises: VGEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$3,000)
