Description: Boston Braves professional model road jersey c.1946-52 (MEARS A5). Heavy gauge grey flannel jersey with pronounced "Braves" team name on front above classic tomahawk design. Braves mascot patch is found on the left sleeve of the jersey. Horace Partridge manufacturer's label remains inside the collar with no other visible year/player i.d. taggings as player name tag is missing. Number "22" is affixed to the back of the jersey which was a team issued numeral change from unknown previous number. Dating is based on style match and lack of sleeve patch in 1951.
