Description: 1934 Honus Wagner autographed baseball. Reach W.Harridge Official American League baseball has been signed "J Honus Wagner Pirates 34" atop a side panel in period fountain pen rating 8 out of 10. A handwritten notation across the sweetspot (in unknown hand) reads, "New York Giants Ex. Game - Apr. 13 - 1934" and there is an unidentified signature/mark below Wagner ("Major..."). Ball displays soiling and obvious use/wear. The Giants played Cleveland in an exhibition game, one of a series they would undertake, at Parkway Field in Louisville, KY and it is presumed that Wagner was in attendance. From the collection of the then traveling secretary of the Louisville Colonels and will include a letter of provenance from the family and full LOA from JSA: Wagner sig.
