Description: Harold "Pie" Traynor professional model baseball bat c.1926-34 (MEARS A7). Spalding No. 200 model hand turned bat measures 34" long and weighs 35.4oz. Bat shows evident use including ball marks, grain swelling, and surface impressions. There are a few additional small indentations from post player use and small knob chip as well. The bat has also been signed by all four 1927 World Series umpires, National League president - John Heydler, and both baseball clowns who attended the Series - Nick Altrock and Al Schacht. Another identifier signaling that this bat was signed during the 1927 World Series is the presence of Don Miller who was the batting practice pitcher for the 1927 Yankees.
