Handwritten and signed letter reading nearly in full "+you have asked me some hard questions to answer as I have been in base ball a long time and have seen lots of great players. My American League team would be Cobb, Speaker, Ruth outfield, Jimmy Collins 3B, Turner SS, Lajoie 2B, Chase 1B, Street C, Cy Young P. Joe Jackson was my best hitter. I believe Detroit will win this year with New York a good chance then Boston and Cleveland. Curley Ogden was with us here in 1924. Pitched some fine games and did much to help us win that year. He is a very fine boy and was a good pitcher. Good luck to you always, Sincerely, Walter Johnson."
