Pinstriped jersey has "Phillies" team name across the front and "Lidge 54" on back. Number also appears on the left sleeve, right has a World Series Champions patch. Majestic tag is screened on the front tail noting size (48). Properly coded wash tag inside. MLB Authentication hologram affixed (LH290674) which confirms use in the game played vs. Atlanta.
