Description: Ford Frick Baseball Hall of Fame Induction ring. Significant ring presented to Frick upon his induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions to game. Black faux stone face is accented by a small figural baseball with enameled red stitching. "Baseball Hall of Fame" is lettered around the beveled edge. Left shank has the name "Frick" set atop a crossed bats and ball design which is captioned "Elected 1970" at bottom; right has a relief of the Hall of Fame. Marked "Balfour 10K" on the interior band and it weighs (29) grams. Size (13) with little to no mentionable wear. Upon Frick's passing, the ring was gifted to a long time friend and is offered in this sale for the first time: NMEstimated Price Range: ($5,000-$10,000)
