Description: Babe Ruth's personal June 13, 1948 Final Appearance at Yankee Stadium program. Original New York Yankees scorecard as issued for the game played on June 13, 1948 between the Cleveland Indians and New York Yankees. The game was but a backdrop for Babe Ruth's final appearance at the very stadium he was credited with "building". In front of a jubilant yet somber crowd, Ruth briefly addressed his fans one last time while leaning on a bat for support due to the ravages of his throat cancer. The program remains unscored and displays the printed line-ups of both Yankees and Indians players. Minimal to light general handling wear.
