Original black and white 8"x10" image depicting a candid moment between two of the inaugural Hall of Fame inductees signed on front, "To the Grand Slam boy with best wishes always, Tris Speaker". Blue fountain pen signature rates 8/9 out of 10. Inscribed at the bottom by the presumed photographer with date of 7/29/1941 credit to the Plain Dealer. Ruth and Speaker were among an elite group of early 20th century players who guided the game into its Golden Era. Prized signature piece with relation to two of the game's greatest heroes.
