Description: Rare John Clarkson cabinet card by Conly c.1888. Choice sepia toned photograph remains on its' original 4.25"x6.5" mount which is marked, "John Clarkson, Conly+.April, 1888 Boston." Light general wear which is slightly more accentuated along the lower edge near right corner. Upper right corner has some wear/fraying along a crease (this effecting only the extreme upper corner tip of image itself) which has resulted in some separation of the layers of the card.
