Description: Outstanding Roberto Clemente professional model baseball bat c.1970-72 with Pirates team provenance (PSA "GU 10"). Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with Clemente facsimile signature burned into the barrel measures 36" long and weighs 36.2oz. Model number "G105" has been factory stamped in the knob which has a period "21" player number notation in marker. Evident usage wear includes scattered ball and stitch impressions along with some green rack streaks. The bat one originally held within the archives of the Pittsburgh Pirates and traded to the current owner for other Pirates memorabilia. Bat is featured within the 1994 Pirates team calendar of which a copy will be included with the lot. One of the better Clemente game bats we have offered with outstanding team provenance.
