Description: 1907 World Series program (at Chicago). Original program issued for Game #1 played at the West Side Grounds has been scored neatly in pencil. The (12) inning game would end in a tied score however the Cubs went to win the next four straight and ultimately the Series; a feat they would repeat the following year. Though a technical grade would fall lower, the program displays in GD/VG condition with restoration throughout to reverse damage to both the front and back covers which have scattered chipping, corner/edge wear, and some now faint creases/wrinkles. A pair of spots on the front have been inpainted and there are some pencil marks on the back. A well pressed out vertical fold effects all pages along with a tear at bottom (again, effecting all pages) which has largely been repaired.
