Description: Ty Cobb et al autographed ball c.1957. Vintage "Big Leaguer" marked ball, done to resemble a baseball complete with simulated stitching, has been signed by Ty Cobb, Joe McCarthy, George Weiss, Red Rolfe, Dale Alexander, Bud Metheny, Art Jorgens, Bill Rogell, and (1) unidentified. All are done in ink rating approx. 6/7-7/8 out of 10. The ball has discolored surface and scattered wear which largely takes the form of chipping throughout the stitching. A small July 27, 1957 notation suggests that it may have been signed just after that years' Hall of Fame Induction.
