Description: Babe Ruth single signed baseball in exchange for his 600th home run c.1931. Red and blue stitched Reach W.Harridge Official American League baseball has been signed across the sweetspot, "Babe Ruth." Fountain pen signature rates 6-6/7 out of 10. Ball displays a touch of light toning and wear which is slightly more accentuated in a few places. Originally offered at auction several years ago at which time it was accompanied by a letter of provenance from the family of the original recipient; young Tom Collico whom retrieved Babe Ruth's 600th home run and turned it in for $10 and the offered signed ball: Ball: EX, Signature: EXEstimated Price Range: ($5,000-$7,500)
