Description: Outstanding Honus Wagner portrait photograph c.1913-14. Sepia toned 6.5"x8.5" close-up image showing Wagner in his distinctive 1913-14 Pirates home uniform. Mounted to board (8"x9.25") which has production related markings that minimally encroach on the image. Masking, applied in preparation for publication, has been removed from throughout (a small amount remains along the top edge) and there is some other light wear. There are a number of stamps/markings on the back including 1933 date stamp likely applied to when the image was either used in publication or made part of "The Ring" archive.
