Description: Choice Christy Mathewson at bat photograph by Brown Brothers c.1910s (PSA/DNA Type I). Sepia toned 5"x7" image showing Matty at bat with period pencil notations on back relaying that the photograph was taken during the 1912 World Series. Mild general wear with a small crease to upper left corner and larger which runs horizontally. On the front are two small spots of photographers mask applied in preparation for publication. "Brown Bros." stamp on back has been covered by a "The Ring" label. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA graded "Type I" and certificate of provenance from Photo File: EXEstimated Price Range: ($2,000-$4,000)
