Original double sided scoring sheet as executed by Pirates broadcast statistician for game played between the Giants and Pirates. Both sides are completely scored denoting Clemente's 239th Home Run which was the final four base hit collected in Pittsburgh. Sheet shows heavy age and handling wear including some edge tears, loss to top left corners, moisture toning, and fading to the player names including Clemente.
