Description: Roberto Clemente's 1971 Pittsburgh Pirates World Champions Louisville Slugger Commemorative Black Bat. Classic presentational black bat as issued annually by Louisville Slugger to members and affiliates of the AL and NL championship teams. Full size bat displays facsimile signature and block letter names in gilt impressed lettering of the Pirates players including Clemente, Stargell, Mazeroski, Oliver, and Blass. The bat and its original finish exhibit evident handling and age wear including some surface indentations, various small surface scuffs, and some losses to the surface paint which do affect a few player names on barrel end.
