Walnut wooden plaque with applied brass placard inscribed to Clemente (in Spanish), "The Governor of Puerto Rico Hon. Luis Ferre in the Name of the People of Puerto Rico Congratulates Roberto Clemente Dia Del Pelotero Latino July 9, 1971". The placard also features the engraved seal of the Puerto Rican Government at the top center area. 9"x12" with some light surface wear.
