Fine quality silver-plated two handled loving cup style trophy presented to Clemente by Major League Baseball in recognition of his outstanding 1971 season which culminated with World Series MVP honors. Trophy is inscribed with the MLB insignia on the front panel along with, "Roberto Clemente For Outstanding Achievement 1971" inscription. 11" tall presenting in beautiful original condition. Interior well has some surface tarnishing. Very desirable and prestigious award as presented by Major League Baseball to Roberto Clemente.
