One page (front and back) typewritten bank resolution from the "Banco de Ponce" with relation to the Roberto Clemente Corporation whose board members were Roberto, his wife Vera, and brother Osvaldo. Signed in blue ink on the back by all three board members including Roberto whose signature rates 9 out of 10. Few areas of light age toning to the document itself and a period tape repaired tear at bottom left corner of signature page.
