Very fine intact set to include home pinstriped jersey, pants, hat, undershirt, belt, and stirrup socks as worn by Phillies coach Bennie Bengough. The jersey and pants remain in superb original condition retaining proper Wilson mfg. tagging along with proper -Bengough+ chain stitched strip tagging. Philiies professional model hat included with Wilson tagging on the interior. Based on comparison to additional Phillies uniforms as documented to have been used in the 1950 World Series the offered set is identical in every respect inclusive of specific tagging and shirt style. This specimen base includes Richie Ashburn+s 1950 World Series jersey which is housed within the collection of the Baseball Hall of Fame.
