Description: Rare "Phillies Whiz Kids" autographed basketball broadside c.1950. Heavy stock cardboard broadside advertising a promotional basketball game between the Philadelphia Phillies player basketball team and Woodbury, NJ High School team. Display measures 14"x24" framed and depicts images of several Phillis players having been signed by Hamner, Witt, Roberts, Ashburn, Simmons, Shantz, and two others. Signatures range from 8-9 out of 10. The broadside surface has a few expected creases, small tear at top border area, and some light soiling.
