Description: Jimmie Foxx professional model/quality baseball bat c.1933/34 (EX) Lousville Slugger 125 model bat with Foxx facsimile signature burned into the barrel measures 35" long and weighs 35oz. A faint impression of the foil applied "Flame Tempered" marking next to centerbrand remains visible dating the time period of manufacture to 1933/34. The number "35" has been factory stamped in the knob which likely corresponds to the weight as opposed to length and no hash marks follow the number. This practice which has been documented on several other pro player bats incl. Gehrig, Dickey, and DiMaggio. Uncracked with light evident usage wear.
