NM, Photo GD) Sepia toned image of Hartnett at the first All-Star Game in 1933 has been signed, "Gabby Hartnett" with a lengthy and heartfelt personalized inscription to a fellow catcher (" Jim O'Dea"). Period fountain pen signature rates 8-8/9 out of 10. Photo is matted (11"x14" overall) and presumably mounted to backing with some light silvering and has a vertical crease (mildly breaking image surface) over the signed area.
