Description: Rare Joe Medwick professional model baseball bat c.1937-44 (EX) Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with Medwick facsimile signature burned into the barrel measures 36" long and weighs 34.4oz. Outstanding usage wear is evident throughout including ball, contact, cleat, and rack marks. Vintage tape, applied to aid in grip, remains affixed to the handle. Several tack holes are likely the result of prior display and are mentioned for accuracy with no effect on the overall eye appeal. Notably rare with this being the first we can recall handling in many years and an outstanding example dating to the heart of his Hall of Fame career.
