Description: Rare Joe Carr full name autographed 1938 N.A.P.B.L. Convention booklet. Soft cover book relaying the minutes of the 1938 annual meeting which was held in New Orleans. It has been signed on the first inside page by Joe Carr a total of (3) times. There are a pair of "Joe F. Carr" signatures (below one of which he has written "Promotional Director") and an additional "Joseph F. Carr." All are done in pencil rating 8/9-9 out of 10. An exceedingly rare autograph in any form, the full name example is particularly noteworthy. "Joe F. Carr" has all been printed (in his hand) on the outside front cover (7/8). An interesting association piece from Carr whom was then concurrently working as both the NFL Commissioner and an executive with Minor League baseball.
