Description: Louisville Slugger "Choice Of The Champions" advertising display c.1950s. Period 16.25"x22" piece done on heavy stock featuring a composite of portrait images of players whom endorsed Louisville Slugger bats. Notables shown incl. Mantle, Williams, Snider, Mazeroski, Maris, Banks, Bear, Aaron, Kaline, Reese, and number of other Hall of Famers and stars. The piece will display at greater level than technical assessment of condition might indicate as there are several vintage tape stains and small tears at corners/edges. Much of this could be matted over when framed for display with the most significant flaws remaining visible a small stained tear at left edge and upper surface flaw at center of bottom.
