Housed within original slipcase (missing one side); "Dempsey" which has been signed on the title page, "To my friend Jerome Holtzman...Jack Dempsey, 1974."; and "-8-9-Aus" signed on the first inside page, "To Jerome, with all good wishes...Max Schmelling, December 1976."
