Description: July 24, 1927 White Sox vs. Yankees scorecard - Ruth hits his 31st homerun. Original scorecard issued for game played at Comiskey Park remains in fine overall condition with a hint of light natural handling wear and toning. A faint vertical crease at center has been well pressed out through years of flat storage. Unscored with "July 24" notation written at top front. Included newsprint clipping notes that in the 1st inning "Babe made the longest hit ever swatted inside the new Comiskey" and "in the third he knocked the longest homer in the history of the park."
