Description: 1971 George Brett handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized questionnaire has July 16, 1971 date stamped at upper corner. Brett has handwritten his full name "George Howard Brett" at top and handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions with some choice content. Most notably, he relates his ambition in baseball it is to make it a life long occupation. Then just (18) years old, Brett had been drafted by Kansas City less than (1) month before.
