Description: 1946 Bobby Doerr handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized "American Baseball Bureau" questionnaire has Jan. 28, 1946 date stamped at upper corner. Doerr has signed his full name "Robert P Doerr" at top and handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions with some choice content. Most notably, he recalls his father getting him started in baseball, hitting a homerun in the 1943 All-Star Game, and his ambition to play in the World Series. All done in ink rating 8/9 out of 10.
