Description: Rare Early 1950s New York Yanks attributed professional model helmet. Early Riddell clear shell helmet done in black and white (now toned to near yellow) with white center stripe. Suspension interior remains intact (stamped with size 7) as are the leather covered ear flaps (with padded interior areas). The leather chin strap is included with a small portion snapped onto (1) side; the balance has separated from this small piece but is present. Usage and some general age wear evident throughout.
