Description: Early "Pigskin" football themed cigar box c.1910. Exceedingly rare early cigar box has a charming color lithographed game scene on the interior lid. At center is a large "Pigskin" text in mellon style football logo which is repeated twice on the outside (end cap is similarly set over an action scene). In addition, the upper surface has a large stamped on "Pigskin" marking. Fine condition throughout with the interior lid essentially uneffected by wear. There some very minor scattered discoloration throughout and a touch of light general chipping/loss, effecting exterior labels, which is a bit more accentuated in a few places.
