National League of Professional Baseball Club contract spelling out terms for employment of Hall of Fame pitcher Waite Hoyt for 1935 season. Fully executed with Hoyt signing on the interior in period fountain pen rating 8 out of 10 and then hand writing his address below. Also signed by club President William Benswanger. Typical mailing and storage folds with a hint of light toning and a touch of handling wear.
