Description: Rare 1947 Brooklyn Dodgers team composite souvenir pin. Seldom offered 3.5" souvenir pin featuring individual player photos including Jackie Robinson during his historic Rookie season. There is some mild spotting throughout the front and more pronounced rust staining on lower edge and the upper left. Rust also appears on the back and it is presumed that the pin was exposed to moisture at some point. Likely issued for sale at the 1947 World Series as there exists a similar Yankees pin which also notes the team as "Champions" with no League designation.
