Description: Fine Cincinnati Reds oversized display banner c.1939-40. Striking large format banner done in heavy felt has cream colored background with black border and "Reds" team logo applied. Gromets around the edges allowed for display with the piece having some light natural toning and little mentionable wear. Measures approx. 99"x64" overall. Of the highest quality construction and one of the nicest such pieces we have ever offered. It has been relayed by our consignor that the banner hung in the lobby of the Netherland Hilton Historical Hotel where teams stayed when in town: EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($3,000-$5,000)
