Description: Vada Pinson professional model baseball bat c.1961-64. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat with "Pinson" block lettered into the barrel measures 35" long and weighs 34.6oz. Vintage marker "28" has been written on the knob which has model number "D143" stamped in. Exceptional usage wear evident throughout with stitch and ball marks coating the barrel which has grain separation due to repeated contact. In addition there are numerous rack marks/streak and a handle crack. A noted centerfield and winner of (4) Gold Gloves, Vada Pinson's best seasons were spent with the Cincinnati Reds and he was a key member of their 1961 N.L. Championship team.
